✨ Who are you magical people?

We’re Tink & Pop! A charm-happy brand made to spark joy, confidence, and a little extra luck wherever you go. Our goodies are designed to be bold, whimsical, and just the right amount of extra.

📦 Where do you ship from?

All our orders are packed with love and sprinkles in London. We currently ship within the UK.

⏳ How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (sometimes a smidge longer if customs gets curious)

Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your charm’s journey.

🎁 Can I send something as a gift?

Absolutely! Just mark it as a gift at checkout and we’ll make sure it’s extra cute—no prices included. Want to add a little message? Drop it in the notes box and we’ll handwrite it for you 💌

🧼 How do I care for my charm?

To keep your charm looking as fab as the day you met:

  • Avoid water, perfume, and wild adventures (unless it's tagging along on your bag!).

  • Give it a gentle wipe with a soft cloth now and then.

  • Store it somewhere magical—but dry and clean is also fine.

🔁 What if I need to return something?

No stress! You’ve got 14 days to return or exchange any unused charm in its original packaging.
Just email us at pop@tinkandpop.com with your order number, and we’ll help you sort it faster than you can say "pop the world!"
