We hope your new charm brought a little sparkle to your day! But if something wasn’t quite right—don’t worry. We’ve got a little magic left to fix that too. ✨

🔁 Can I return something?

Of course! If your charm didn’t click with you, you’ve got 14 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it.

To qualify:

  • Your item must be unused, with all the original packaging and good vibes intact.

  • Just email us at pop@tinkandpop.com with your order number and what you'd like to do—we’ll guide you from there like your personal fairy helper 🧚

🚚 Who covers return shipping?

  • If we made a mistake or your item arrived a little worse for wear—we’ll cover it.

  • Otherwise, return shipping is on you (we recommend tracked postage so your parcel doesn’t wander off on its own adventure).

🪄 Want to swap instead?

We love a style switch! If the item you want is in stock, we’re happy to exchange it. Same 14-day window, same easy process.

🚫 Some things can’t come back

To keep things safe and sparkly for everyone:

  • Custom goodies, and final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged (unless they arrived damaged, of course).

💸 When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and gets the thumbs-up, we’ll send your refund to your original payment method—usually within 5–7 business days.
