5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer UK and international delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, and shipping times vary by location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Please note:

  • International customers may be responsible for customs or import fees.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (at your cost) or a refund (minus original shipping fees).

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees — delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or holidays.

We know how exciting it is to wait for a package — we promise to pack and send your order with care.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return your unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be:

  • Unused, in original condition;

  • In original packaging with tags intact;

  • Returned within the return window.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Custom or personalised orders;

  • Final sale or discounted items;

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.

To request a return, please contact us at pop@tinkandpop.com before sending anything back. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect your item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, product designs, graphics, icons, and slogans — is owned or properly licensed by Tink & Pop. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without our written permission.
